Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability)
This qualification represents the job of community and/or residential workers who implement an individualized plan to offer person-centered support to individuals who may need assistance because of aging, disability, or other circumstances. Work entails exercising judgment and discretion when it comes to providing individualized help and accepting accountability for one’s outputs. Employees possess a variety of factual, technical, and procedural knowledge in addition to some theoretical understanding of the ideas and methods needed to offer person-centered care.
