Overview:
CHC40213 Certificate IV in Education Support online (work placement) at Inspire & Learn to help you achieve your career goal by learning and inspiring students at the school by supporting them as teacher's aides. Education Support will help the children who have learning difficulties at school and who need special attention.

1. Face to Face – Work based / Employment based
2. Online study with work placement
Inspire & Learn also offers Recognition of Prior Learning and Credit Transfer (RPL and CT) for students upgrading their qualification.
Entry Requirements:
1. Face to Face – Work based / Employment based
All candidates must be aged 18 years or over at the time of applying for admission to Inspire & Learn.
A letter of employment
Note: Letter of employment - relates to working with/for children or in a similar environment. Contact Inspire & Learn staff to check if you meet the entry requirements before enrolling.
2. Online study with work placement
All candidates must be aged 18 years or over at the time of applying for admission to Inspire & Learn.
Pre-Enrolment Interview, language literacy numeracy & Digital Literacy Test:
You will be required to complete the Pre-Enrolment Interview, LLN & Digital Literacy Test prior to course commencement.
Supervised Practical Placement Agreement (3 party agreement) :
You will be required to complete 100 hours of workplace training/work placement within an education provider.(working hours can be incorporated as placement hours for workplace students)
Duration of training:
52 weeks (inclusive of 100 hours of supervised work placement/ workplace training)
Approx. 20 hours of weekly study

First Aid Courses Information : When you undertake a qualification with Inspire & Learn, the First Aid courses are not included in the course fee. The First Aid unit is offered by Inspire & Learn in Victoria only, every student must pay for the first aid course unit. The student has the choice to either study at our location where they are required to attend class room training and must be physically present for the required length of chosen first aid course. If the student cannot attend at our location in Victoria, then the student can choose to attend with any other training provider the approved first aid unit which is listed in their qualification at their own expense, (The first aid units cannot be completed through distance mode and requires a face to face class to be undertaken successfully in order for students to achieve competency in the first aid unit). Inspire & Learn will provide credit transfer once the relevant first aid unit is completed. We recommend choosing the right first aid unit code before enrolling and we encourage you to also check with your trainer before you enrol.
